10.1 In accordance to our Booking Terms and Conditions, we may take photographs of the event or wedding set up and/or catering we have provided, as well as our hired staff members for use in our social media and marketing. Should the Client wish to opt out of this, please contact us in writing via email prior to the event.

For weddings and events where a professional photographer has been present, we may request photographs for marketing purposes. This is at the client’s discretion
