- 1 cup eggs (approx. 4)
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
- 6 Sausages
- 2tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 white onions – Finely sliced into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 75ml red wine
- 3-4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 4 dessert spoons bisto granules
- 450ml water
- 1 tea spoon of dijon mustard
- 1 tea spoon of Red Currant Jelly

- 150g Fetta Cheese

- 40ml Olive Oil
- 40ml Rapeseed Oil

- 250g Smoked Haddock Fillets

- 390g Chicken Breasts (sliced into 1cm thick strips)
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 50ml water
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 115g baby corn
- 115g bean sprouts

- 1 yellow pepper (julienned)
- 1 carrot
- 1tbsp fish sauce
- 1 red chilli
- 1 generous handful of fresh coriander
- juice of 1/2 a fresh lime

- 4x 100-150g Salmon Fillets
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
